What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa comes alive through loving attention to the moving, breathing body. As we breathe our way sweetly through the forms, we express patterns of expansion and contraction. Beyond feeling into these patterns, we invite them to take fuller expression through our bodies. All sequences are designed to embody prayer and become moving meditations.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Vinyasa is for every level of yogi who enjoys flowing between asanas and journeying through sequences. The teacher will modify and give variations according to the individuals ability.
